Nestled in quiet leafy surroundings on Historic Cameron Hill in Hamilton the Cosmopolitan Heart of Newcastle.
Street parking is very safe in this quiet neighborhood, carport parking by arrangement available for one car only.
If traveling with a trailer then that can be backed into the carport off the street and car can be parked across the driveway.
Family owned and operated, established now for over 16years.
Your hosts are Laraine and Colin Bunt, Novacastrians since birth.
Hamilton is well known for its Cosmopolitan influence, featured in its smorgasbord of restaurants on Beaumont Street, a short stroll from our door.

Hamilton Heritage B & B is an early 1900 Federation brick and stucco Californian Bungalow featuring
Edwardian Casement stained glass windows, original features throughout.
High ornate ceilings and original working fireplaces complement air conditioned, en suited rooms with
comfortable restful beds.

A short stroll from our door you will find Beaumont Street, ( famous for its smorgasbord of Restaurants,
cafes & boutique pubs),
The Newcastle Entertainment Center, Broadmeadow Race Course & all Major Sporting Venues e.g. Hockey, Basketball, Tennis,
Newcastle Football Ground, home of the Knights and Jets are nearby.

Within 7klm you will find surfing beaches, harbour foreshore walks and dining, wildlife parks, rain forests, lakes and wetlands. Heritage welcomes children and pets.
Nearby is wonderful Gregson Park with playground and off leash area for the 4 legged fur child to frolic in safety. A short drive to the Newcastle Foreshore you will find a wonderful beach for your pets enjoyment..
Vineyard tours, sand boarding, extreme sports, surfing, golfing, go karting, harness racing, horse racing, tennis, mini golf, horse and camel riding,, hot air ballooning,

Muffins either Apple/Cinnamon or Blueberry which seems to be most peoples favourite.
Assortment of breads and muffins plain and sweet. Hot beverages of tea, coffee or chocolate your choice.

Grilled cheese on toast or a muffin on its own or with either tomato, baked beans or spaghetti a winner for all ages, guaranteed to satisfy all ages.

* If you have an intolerance to Gluten then we have gluten, dairy, wheat and yeast free breads,
just note it on your menu to alert us to the fact. We also have gluten free cereal available as well as Soy Milk.

HAMILTON HERITAGE welcomes 4 legged fur children, in fact we pamper the people who pamper these children.
Hamilton Heritage B & B is the half way house for those travelers moving between Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane or places further up the coast.
we offer restful stress free accommodation to both you and your fur children.
Hamilton Heritage is an ideal family holiday stay not just the four legged children are welcome, children of all ages are catered for.
Please note:- There will be a small fee charged for pets $5 ea.

Our yard is high fenced and gated to allow your pets to frolic in safety.
Where ever your pet sleeps at home is where they will sleep during their stay at Hamilton Heritage.
However, we have found that it is less stressful for all if they are bedded in their own beds
in the bathroom area of your rooms.
Water and food bowls are available if you do not wish to bring these with you.
Please be aware that we are not qualified pet minders, we would appreciate that you do not leave your dogs unattended as they are in unfamiliar surroundings.

We do ask that you pick up after your fur child you will find disposal bins in the corner of the garden.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR DOOR
Traveling from Sydney via the M1 Motorway take the NEWCASTLE EXIT follow all signs to Newcastle until you come to the black and white HAMILTON SIGN
once past this sign at the next set of traffic lights make a right hand turn into SAMDON STREET, continue to the next set of traffic lights and make a right turn into BELFORD STREET, then make the next left into BLACKALL STREET, then next left into DENISON STREET you will find Hamilton Heritage B & B on the left side of road on top of the hill number 178.

Flying into the Newcastle Airport you will find the airport shuttle bus waiting for a small fee the driver will bring you to our door. Check with the airport prior to your arrival and make sure you book your passage.

Driving from the Newcastle Airport follow all signs to Newcastle at the HUNTER STREET traffic lights turn right, then make a left turn into TUDOR STREET at the next large intersection, continue along this road through several sets of traffic lights you will pass by the HAMILTON FIRE STATION once through the traffic lights the road becomes BELFORD STREET so make a left turn into BLACKALL STREET then left into DENISON STREET on the top of the hill on the left side of road you will find us at number 178.
